✔ Losing body weight.
People who are overweight are more prone to back pain.
✔ Maintaining an upright posture that supports our back and rests our arms when we sit.
✔ When we stand, let our body weight rest equally on both our feet and stand straight without slouching.
✔ Proper lifting of heavy objects. When we lift weights, it is appropriate to let the weight rest on our legs rather than on our hips and back. Pushing is preferable to pulling when moving objects.
✔ Shoes. The shoes we wear should be comfortable to avoid back pain.
✔ Supporting our back while driving. If we are driving for a long time, it is appropriate to get out of the car every now and then to stimulate the body and take a break.
